Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

MHS & PRMS Soccer

High School & Middle School Soccer are free programs.

MHS Alumni & Friends

Refund requests can be sent to merrillsoccer@gmail.com. Any refund requests submitted after the t-shirt order has been placed will have the t-shirt cost deducted from the refund amount.

Northwoods Edge Winter Indoor

Merrill Bluejays Soccer and the Merrill Soccer Association (MSA) reserve the right to modify the timing, scheduling, and/or number of games, practices and/or association-sponsored events for all programming in response to circumstances beyond the association’s control, generally including, but not limited to those listed below. Only if all or a substantial part of a season is canceled in response to circumstances beyond the association’s control, will the association consider issuing a refund or credit at its sole discretion. - Public health emergencies, including guidelines and requirements communicated by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and/or Federal, State and municipal authorities. - Lack of participation, including lack of players and teams of suitable numbers and/or skill within or outside of the association. - Lack of availability of facilities, including interruption by natural or human-made disasters and/or mandates by relevant landowners and/or leaseholders. - Lack of availability of association personnel, including coaches, referees and/or other staff necessary to support games, practices, and/or association-sponsored events - Other circumstances which the Board of Directors determines jeopardizes the safety, well-being, and development of players, coaches, volunteers and families, including mandates from governing sport organizations (e.g., Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association, US Youth Soccer, etc.), and/or other similar organizations which sanction or insure association events. Registration fees are not refundable and non-transferable after the first game of the season, except as described below. No refunds, partial or full, will be made to players who choose not to participate at any point after the first game of the season. Refund requests submitted prior to the first game of the season will be issued minus a $10 processing fee. Refund requests must be made in writing to merrillsoccer@gmail.com. If a player suffers a severe injury, causing them to miss a substantial portion of a season, they may be refunded a prorated amount, determined by Merrill Bluejays Soccer and MSA, that reflects the percentage of the season played prior to injury. Requests for refunds for players with severe injuries must be submitted in writing to merrillsoccer@gmail.com and must be accompanied with a doctor’s note substantiating the injury. All refund requests due to injury are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors and will be issued minus a $10 processing fee.
