Calling All Sports Fans: Volunteer Opportunities Available

The Merrill Soccer Association relies on dedicated volunteers to support our programs and create a positive, safe, and enriching experience for our players. Whether you have a passion for soccer or simply want to give back to the community, there are many ways to get involved.

Coaching & Refereeing

We are always seeking coaches and referees at all levels. These roles are essential to player development and the overall success of our seasons. Prior experience is helpful but not required—training and resources are available.

General Volunteer Opportunities

In addition to coaching and refereeing, we welcome volunteers for a variety of roles throughout the year, including but not limited to:

• Concessions and game-day support
• Event assistance and tournament help
• Administrative or behind-the-scenes support
• Seasonal and one-time volunteer opportunities

Volunteer Application & Safety

All volunteers are asked to complete an application through our online sign-up process. This process includes required background checks and other safety measures to ensure a secure environment for our players, families, and volunteers.
